The matter was posted today for filing reply. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.5 has filed affidavit in reply. As such, place the matter for final hearing as per the convenience of the learned Counsels on 13/06/2016 high on board after the part heard matters. All the Counsels have pointed out that pleadings are completed. 2.

Shri Shivan Desai, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/original respondent no.8 presses for modification of the interim order passed by this Court.

As the matter has already been posted as per the convenience of the learned Counsels on 13/06/2016, there is no reason for modification of the interim order at this stage. Hence, Misc. Civil Application No.360/2016 stands disposed of.
