The first appeal was dismissed for non compliance with the office objections under the order passed by the Deputy Registrar on 13.03.2015. The present M.C.A. No. 296/2015 is for condonation of delay of 10 days in filing the application for restoration, while Stamp No. 1308/2015 is for restoration of the first appeal.
