The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the dispute has been settled amicably.

2. Shri Coutinho, the learned Counsel for the respondents-plaintiffs states that the plaintiffs shall withdraw Special Civil Suit No. 148/2005/III (old), Regular Civil Suit No. 609/2010/III (new), which is pending before the learned Senior Civil Judge at Margao. The statement is accepted.

3. In view of this statement and the fact that the parties have amicably settled the dispute, Shri Rao, learned Counsel for the appellants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

4. In such circumstances, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.
