Mr. Gaonkar submits that at the stage of trial as well as the appeal, the applicant was out on bail. The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under sections 324 and 504 of I.P.C.

2. The criminal revision application instituted by the applicant has been admitted.

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, the sentence imposed upon the applicant is suspended pending the final disposal of the criminal revision application. The bail bonds submitted by the applicant at the stage of trial are ordered to be continued. The terms and

CRMA/112/2017 conditions imposed upon the applicant at the stage of his release on bail during trial shall also be continued to operate.

4. The applicant states that he will deposit the fine of Rs.10,000/- in this Court within a period of one week from today.

5. The criminal misc. application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
