Heard Shri Kamat, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Shri A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondents.

2. Shri Kamat, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners pointed out that the Petitioner no. 2 has already been selected and is due to report to the concerned College by the end of the coming week.

3. Learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondents, states that in the meanwhile the inspection by the Medical Council of India has been completed and, in any case, as far as claim of the Petitioner

MCA/297/2015 no. 2 is concerned, further reliefs may be granted in accordance with law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the earlier interim orders passed in the above Petition, we find it appropriate to direct the Respondent no. 4 to examine the application filed by the Petitioner no. 2 for exemption provided the Petitioner complies with all the conditions including the deposit of a sum of Rs,50,000/- and in addition furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court that the Petitioner shall comply and honour all the conditions in the bond and submit himself to practice in the above Medical College for a period of one year in terms of the bond.

5. Authenticated copy of this Order shall be issued to the parties in accordance with law.

6. Application stands disposed of.
