Mr. Bhobe, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 hands in Minutes of the Meeting of the School Screening Committee held on 06.11.2019 and submits that a decision has been taken to place the petitioner in the post graduate IInd Financial Upgradation/Selection scale of Rs.

PB-3-15600-39100+6600 w.e.f. 05.06.2013. Mr. Bhobe, pointed out that this was precisely the relief prayed for by the petitioner in the present petition.

2. Mr. Anil Naik, the petitioner who appears in person, states that he is satisfied with the aforesaid decision and, therefore,

WP/502/2019 does not wish to pursue this petition any further.

3. Mr. Bhobe, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.2, states that the actual financial benefits will be given to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. We direct that such actual benefits be given within eight weeks from today, in the latest.

4. In case, any approvals are necessary from the Director of Education, decisions in that regard be taken within the aforesaid period.

5. The petition is accordingly disposed off in the aforesaid terms by placing on record the Minutes of the Meeting dated 06.11.2019.
