Shri G. Teles, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, pointed out that in the meanwhile, the Respondent no. 2 has already decided on the show cause notice by an Order dated 26.08.2015 pursuant to an Order passed by this Court on 23.06.2015.

2. In view of the said Order, the grievances of the Petitioners stand presently redressed. Hence, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition. The Petition stands accordingly disposed of. Needless to say, all the contentions of the private Respondent no. 3 to challenge such Orders in accordance with law are left open. K. L. WADANE, J.
