As regards the prayer clause (a) for impleadment of the Applicants as party Respondents is concerned, the learned counsel for the Respondent-original Petitioner has no objection. We also do not find any reason as to why this prayer should be rejected. Accordingly, the original Petitioner is directed to implead the Applicants as party Respondents. Amendment to be carried out within three days. Remaining prayers will be taken up for consideration at the time of the hearing of the main petition.
