2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. By this writ petition the petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus against respondent No. 2, directing the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the application for regularisation as stated at prayer clause (A) of the petition. No reliefs are sought against respondent Nos. 5 to 7 in this petition.
3. By consent of the petitioner and respondent Nos. 1 to 4, petition is heard finally.
4. This petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the application for regularisation made by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today and to convey the said order to the petitioner simultaneously. It is ordered accordingly.
5. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted to decide the applications for regularisation by respondent No.2 and to convey the order passed by the respondent No. 2 to the petitioner .
6. The respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
7. Rule is made absolute on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
