It is apparent from the records that the amount has not been deposited by the applicants despite the directions dated 20/03/2018 within six weeks from that date. However, despite the latitude shown by this Court to extend the time to make the deposit and a last opportunity being granted on 13/06/2018, the amount is still not forthcoming at the instance of the applicants.

2. Shri Fonseca Clayton Anthony, learned Advocate for the applicant earnestly submitted that he had communicated to the applicants by e-mail that this was a last opportunity given to

MCA/829/2017 them to make the deposit of the awarded amount in the Court despite which he has no instructions in this matter.

3. Considering the laxity shown by the applicants no further latitude is required to be shown and in view thereof, the application stands dismissed.
