The learned Counsel for the Petitioners, based on instructions from the Petitioners, seek leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail of the alternative remedies available to them.

In Writ Petition No.288/2023, we had granted interim relief on 03.05.2023. This interim relief is continued for a period of four weeks from today.

In Writ Petition No.1773/2023 (F), we direct that the attachment of the <ats may continue, but the Mamlatdar shall not take any further steps to auction the <ats in question for a period of four weeks. 4.
In both the petitions, leave is granted to withdraw the petitions with liberty to avail of the alternative remedies available to the Petitioners. The petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5.
All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 6.
