1. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant as well as the learned Counsel for the Respondent.

2. This is an application filed on behalf of the Respondent for an early hearing of the Second Appeal.

3. Considering the fact that only one Single Bench is sitting to take up all the civil and criminal matters, it is difficult at this stage to take up the matter for final hearing, and that too on an urgent basis.

4. The Respondents are granted liberty to revive their request after a 20th June, 2024

MCA 226 of 2024 period of six months in case the situation is changed.
