Heard Shri R. Menezes, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the petition, we find that there are no specific averments therein to initiate proceedings for contempt. Shri R. Menezes, learned Counsel however submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to amend the petition to make such averments as there are breaches of the directions of this Court frequently.

3. Considering that the petition is for contempt, we find it appropriate to dispose off the above petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application giving all the particulars, which according to the petitioner would lead to

CPM/8/2016 contempt of the orders passed by this Court.
