Yesterday, the learned Additional Government Advocate had handed over a communication issued by the Under Secretary (Higher Education) to the Registrar. Goa University in respect of the case of the Petitioner. The matter was kept today for the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to take instructions from the Petitioner. Another order dated 31 October 2017 is handed over by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, issued by the Registrar of Goa University. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has seen these orders and has given him instructions to withdraw the Petition.
