The Civil Application is taken out in the disposed of Writ Petition seeking a direction against Respondent No.5 not to carry out any commercial operations. The Writ Petition has been disposed of not on merits but in view of the fact that the notice was issued by the State to Respondent No.5.

Therefore, the Applicant has any cause after the petition was disposed of on 3 July 2017, it is open to the Applicant to pursue the same by independent proceedings and not by filing any Civil Application in the disposed of petition.
