By this petition, the petitioner has sought an appointment as a Teacher Grade -I (Biology). The petitioner applied for this post through the selection process held by the Goa Public Service Commission in the year 2012 and the petitioner was not selected. The petitioner has mentioned the age at the time of filing the petition as 40 years and thus as on today is age barred. It is also informed that the petitioner is now a practicing advocate. In these circumstances no effective relief of appointment can be granted to the petitioner. The petition is become infructuous and disposed off as such.
