2. The present application is filed by the applicant praying to treat respondent nos.1(a) to i(i) as served.

3. This Court had issued notices to the respondent nos.1(a) to 1(i) who resides abroad. The applicant has served the said respondents on the abroad address by register post AD. Acknowledgment cards have been received by the Registry of this Court without any acknowledgement/endorsement on it. According to the applicant, this is proper service on respondent nos.1(a) to 1(i), in view of the provisions of Order V Rule 25 of the C.P.C.

4. The applicant has filed affidavit to that effect.

5. In such circumstances, service on the respondent nos.1(a) to 1(i)

MCA/364/2015 is treated as proper service at the risk of the applicant.

6. Application stands disposed of.
