The basic grievance in this matter was that the persons referred to in paragraph 7 of the petition were unauthorisedly interfering with the managing committee discharging its functions. 3.

Today, the position is that some of the persons referred to in paragraph 7 of the petition, including, the persons at (d) and (f) have been elected to the managing committee. As such, to a great extent, the reliefs in this petition have been rendered infructuous. Even the

WP No.1037/19 term of the managing committee, which had instituted the present petition, appears to have expired.

For all the aforesaid reasons, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
