The appellant as well as the respondents no.1 & 2 are present before the Court today. The parties have amicably settled the dispute in view of the terms of consent and settlement produced today on record. The consent terms have been signed by the respective parties as well as the respective learned Counsel. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The parties have filed two sets of terms of compromise in original, which are to be filed in First Appeal No.93/2015 and Writ Petition No.454/2018, respectively.

The respective parties and the respective learned Counsel endorse and admit the consent terms.

In view of the above, First Appeal No.93/2015 as well as Writ Petition No.454/2018 stand disposed of. Registry is directed to draw modified award in terms of the settlement between the parties. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
