This is an application for condonation of delay of 123 days in filing an application for review mainly on the ground that the applicant has earlier approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the judgment and order which is sought to be reviewed.

2. I have heard the applicant in person and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent no.1. None appears for the respondent no.4.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

MCA/571/2019 allowed as prayed. The delay in filing the application for review is hereby condoned. Let the review application be registered.
