In view of the orders passed today in the applications taken out by the appellants, the present appeals have only two appellants and one respondent.

Mr. Padgaonkar, learned Counsel for the appellants and Mr. R.G. Ramani, learned Counsel for the respondent state that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and have recorded the same in consent terms dated 30/03/2015. A copy of the same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the consent terms, the respondent no.1 (the original plaintiff) in the suit who is present in Court has withdrawn the suit bearing Regular Civil Suit No.7/2008 filed by him in the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division at Canacona. In view of the above withdrawal of the suit the orders passed consequent to the filing of the
Sa no.169 & 170/2012 suit in original jurisdictional as well as by the first appellate Court no longer survive. Accordingly, in terms of consent terms arrived at between the parties, the orders dated 14/10/2011 and 31/01/2012 are quashed and set aside.

Both the appeals stand disposed of in terms of the consent terms dated 30/03/2015 arrived at between the parties. No order as to costs.
