2. After hearing the matter for some time, the above application stands disposed of by consent on the following terms. (i) The respondent is permitted to use the subject construction only as a toilet and obtain necessary water connection for such purpose.

(ii) The respondent shall not carry out any extension or put up any new construction in the subject property apart from

CA/76/2017 carrying out only repairs to the existing wall. (iii) The respondent shall not induct any third parties in the suit property until further orders.

(iv) Any action taken by the respondent based on this order shall be subject to further orders which may be passed at the time of the final disposal of the above appeal.
