2. The present application is filed for grant of leave to file an appeal under Section 378(4) of the Criminal Procedure Code challenging the Judgment dated 03.03.2022 passed by the learned Magistrate whereby 16th July, 2024

CRMA 42 of 2024 complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Act filed by the Applicant was dismissed.

3. For the reasons disclosed in the present application and the grounds raised in the memo of appeal, leave as prayed for is granted.
