2. During the pendency of the Petition, Respondent no.4-Subhash Narayan Prabhusawkar has expired on 09.04.2023 and he has left behind the legal heirs stipulated in paragraph 3 of this application. 27th September, 2023

MCA 181 of 2023 Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The requisite amendment may be carried out in the Writ Petition.
