After hearing the matter for sometime, Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above Petition, as according to him, in the meanwhile subject suspension has been revoked by the State Government. The learned Senior Counsel further points out that as far as challenge to the charge sheet is concerned, the matter is under consideration before the NDPS Court and all his contentions with that regard be kept open.

2. Mr. S. Dhargalkar, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent no.1 and 2 and Mr. J. Vaz, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent no. 3 have no objection.

3. Hence, petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
