The applications for bringing the legal heir on record and for release of the amount in favour of the legal heir are allowed. However, the legal heir shall give an undertaking to indemnify any other claim which may be raised in respect of the said amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar. The amount be disbursed to the party within a period of one month with effect from today.
