This is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.10. Mr. R. Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants states on instructions that legal representatives of the respondent no.10 i.e respondent no.11 and 12 are already on record and there are no other legal representatives of the respondent no.10.

2. Hence, application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to carry out amendment by adding the word "deceased" against the respondent no.10.
