Learned Counsel, on instructions, submits that the Order dated 20.09.2021, in which implementation was sought has now been set aside by the Appellate Authority on 21.07.2022. He, therefore, fairly submits that the prayers made in the Writ Petition now cannot be granted.

2. In view of the fact that the Order dated 20.09.2021 has been set 17th March, 2025

WP 538 of 2022 aside, the prayers in the Writ Petition cannot be granted.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
