Admittedly, the impugned demolition order is executed during the pendency of this petition. Even otherwise, the demolition was ordered by the Director of Panchayats and the Director's order was confirmed in revision by the District Court by order dated 23.02.2021. There are concurrent findings which warrant no interference.
