Heard Shri Jatin Ramaiya, learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri S.R. Rivankar, Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1. 2.

It is the contention of Shri Ramaiya, learned Advocate that the applicant was throughout on bail during the trial before the Sessions Judge, North Goa, Panaji. As such the sentence be suspended and she be released on bail.

Shri Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor in fairness conceded to

2 Crma 93 of 2019 this aspect and submitted that he has no objection to the suspension of the sentence and the release of the applicant on bail. 4.

In view thereof, the impugned judgment and sentence is stayed and the applicant is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a Bail Bond in the amount of ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) and furnishing a surety in coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, North Goa, Panaji. 5.
