On perusal of the averments in the above petition, we find that the similar contentions have been considered by the Division Bench of this Court whilst disposing of the Writ Petition No.335/2016 vide order dated 20/04/2016 where one of us (Ms. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.) was a party.

2. For the reasons recorded therein the question of entertaining the above petition would not arise. All contentions of the petitioner are left open including the right, if any, to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law.
