We have perused the records and proceedings so also the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge at the time of framing the charge. After hearing and considering the facts and circumstances, we indicated the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that, prima facie, the present case is not the one where inherent jurisdiction of this Court can be exercised.
