For the reasons mentioned in the application, both the applications are allowed, as prayed. The delay in filing the application in bringing the legal representatives of the respondent no. 1(b) on record is condoned. The applicant is permitted to bring the legal representatives of respondent no.1(b) on record. Necessary correction in the cause title to be carried out within one week from today.
