2. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the accident occurred due to the negligence of victim.

Execution and operation of the judgment and award dated 22.1.2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, at Margao in Claim Petition No. 236/2012 is stayed subject to the condition that the applicant deposit entire amount of award with interest in this Court within a period of four weeks.
