This is an application for speaking to minutes to the order dated 20/10/2016 in which the name of the respondent No.1 as 'Gangadhar Suddow Bhandari' be read as 'Gangadhar Morto Naik Gaonkar'.

2. It is apparent from the records and as reflected in the Judgment dated 23/09/2011 passed in the First Appeal Nos.168, 169, 170 and 171 of 2006 as also the memo of review that the proper name of the respondent No.1 is Gangadhar Morto Naik Gaonkar.
