This is an application for correction of the name of the Respondent No.1 in the cause title of the Order dated 20/10/2016 passed by this Court.

2. On a perusal of all the records it is apparent that the name of the Respondent No.1 has been wrongly shown as "Gangadhar Suddow Bhandari" instead of "Gangadhar Morto Naik Gaonkar". Necessary correction is to be made in the said order.
