2. By our order dated 04.11.2019 we had recorded that by order dated 16.10.2019 the Civil Registrar-cum-Sub Registrar of Bardez has rejected the petitioner's application dated 20.04.2019 for registration of Sale Deed.

3. In view of the aforesaid, Mr. T. Vaz, learned Counsel for the petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings against order dated 16.10.2019.

4. We grant leave with liberty as prayed for. However, we make it clear that in case the petitioner once again institutes a writ petition, then the issue of maintainability of such writ petition is kept open.
