This is an application for condonation of delay of 19 days in filing an application for leave to file appeal under Section 378(3) r/w. Section 378 (1) (b) of Cr.P.C thereby challenging judgment and order dated 07.01.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panaji in Sessions Case No.16/2014, acquitting the accused/respondent no.2 herein.

Considering the averments made in paragraph nos. 2 to 5, we are convinced that there is sufficient material to condone the delay of 19 days for filing the application for leave to appeal. 4.

The application stands allowed. The delay of 19 days stands condoned.
