2. This is an application for extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court by Judgment dated 27.01.2017 passed in Writ Petition no. 628 of 2016.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent disputes the averments made in the application but does not dispute that the

MCA/379/2017 elections are fixed on 07.05.2017.

4. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, time to comply with the directions issued in such Judgment dated 27.01.2017, is extended by three weeks from today.

5. Application stands disposed of.
