2. The record shows that most of the Respondents have been duly served.

3. Mr Lawande points out that though the delay indicated in this Civil Application is 141 days, considering the orders made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the context of the Covid-19 Pandemic, there is no delay in instituting the Second Appeal.

4. Sufficient cause has been shown by the Applicants. Prima facie, the orders made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court would also apply. 7th July, 2023

MCA 348 of 2022 Therefore, there is no point in keeping this application pending.

5. The delay of 141 days, if at all in instituting this appeal is therefore condoned.
