Heard Mr Y. Nadkarni, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr P. A. Kamat, learned counsel for the Panchayat of Anjuna.

2. Mr Nadkarni submits that the only relief prayed for in this petition is the direction to the Panchayat to dispose of the Petitioner's application for trade license in accordance with law within the time-bound period.

3. Mr P. A. Kamat states that the Petitioner's application seeking trade license will be disposed of within 10 days from today in accordance with law and on its own merits.
