5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions made in the Petition, we find it appropriate to dispose of the above Petition by requesting the learned Addl. Sessions Judge to try and dispose of Sessions Case no.67 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.05.2016.
