This application seeking an early hearing was filed in 2020. However, for four years the office objections were not cleared and therefore, the matter was numbered in 2024 and has come up for consideration. Considering all this, we cannot say that there is a real urgency for out of turn hearing. This application is therefore disposed of. However, liberty is granted to apply for a peremptory date by filing a suitable application in January 2025.
