2. The sole Appellant has expired. There is some delay in bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant. However, the delay is explained and there is sufficient cause shown.

3. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Abatement if any, is set aside, and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant.

4. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
