It was contended that the Respondent has been using the premise despite a demolition order being issued by the concerned Municipality. A direction is sought to the concerned authorities to take action on the demolition order against Respondent No.5. Obviously, the subject matter of the claim sought to be made by the 18th July, 2025

905 WP 284-2025 Petitioner falls under the Municipalities Act and the remedies against the inaction of the Municipality lie therein. Such a relief cannot be sought before this Court in the jurisdiction that has been invoked, the Petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to such other remedies as are permissible at law for enforcing the order of the Municipality.
