After hearing the matter for sometime, the learned Additional Govt. Advocate, upon instructions of Mr. G. Pilarnekar, Director of Panchayats, points out that the subject petition pending before such Office shall be disposed of within four months from today.

2. Accepting the said statement, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above petition.

3. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of accepting the said statement of the Director of Panchayats. All contentions of the parties are left open.
