Heard Shri D. Zaveri, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Shri A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, we find that the grievance of the petitioners in the above writ petition is, inter alia, that the representations dated 19/5/2014, 20/3/015 and 15/4/2015 are pending for consideration before the respondent No.2, and no decision has yet been taken by the respondent No.2 on such representations.

3. Without going into merits of the allegations made in such

WP/336/2015 representations, we find it appropriate to dispose of the above writ petition by directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on all the aforesaid representations, on their own merits, after hearing all the concerned parties, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from today. All the contentions of both the parties are left open.
