Mr Gosavi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr Sardessai, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 3, hand in minutes of the order, which is taken on record and marked as 'A' for identification.

Ms Agni, learned Senior Counsel for Respondent No. 2 states that the Petition could be disposed of in terms of the minutes.

We have perused the minutes which have been signed by the Petitioner, Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 3 and the Advocates for the Petitioner, Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 3.

Te Petitioner and Dr. Baretto representing Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 are present in the Court. Tey state that the minutes of the order have been signed after understanding their scope and import.

Te minutes of the order are transcribed below for the sake of convenience, which read thus:

MINUTES OF THE ORDER 1.

Te Respondent No. 1 and 3 agree that the Petitioner shall retire on completion of 60 years of age.

2.

Te Petitioner shall continue in service on regular basis as Technical Assistant beyond 30.06.2023 and shall superannuate at the age of 60 years i.e. on 30.06.2025 or such higher age of retirement, as fixed by law.

3.

Te Petitioner shall be entitled to all the benefits until superannuation, including promotion, increments, gratuity, revised pay scale, dearness allowance, leave and all monetary and other benefits.

7.

Accordingly, at the request of the Petitioner, Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 3, we dispose of the Writ Petition in terms of the minutes of the order marked as 'A' for identification. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
