Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2. This is an application for amendment of the petition. Rule has already been issued in the petition. It is pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant that the amendment to be incorporated are subsequent events.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents however points out that by the proposed amendment, the policy of the State Government is under
MCA/417/2017 challenge.
4. Considering that it is not disputed that the proposed amendment has a nexus with the issues involved in the petition, we find it appropriate that the applicant is entitled for leave to amend the petition. Leave for amendment is accordingly granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks with copy to the other side. The respondents are at liberty to file additional reply, if any.
