This is an application to modify the directions issued by this Court in the Order dated 16th April, 2016. It is pointed out that the amount was taken as farm loan in Maharashtra State and on account of drought in Maharashtra, the applicant is unable to deposit such amount. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the Office of the Official Liquidator and the balance amount of Rs.75,000/- within 8 weeks from today.

2. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 16th April, 2016 stands modified. The applicant is permitted to deposit with the Official Liquidator the sum of Rs.25,000/- and the

COAP/34/2016 balance amount of Rs.75,000/- in terms of the said order, within eight weeks from today.
